Northern United Sports Club are proud to announce that we are on the cusp of being confirmed as an official Talent Development Programme (TDP) club.

This is especially exciting as it means that we will be eligible to enter into the highly competitive NRFL Youth Competition for U14s, 15s and 17s.

We are pleased to announce that we will be holding trials for all our proposed NRFL & Federation U13s) Youth teams during October.

As a Club we are continuing to develop challenging and competitive playing opportunities for our players that will enable them to develop their skills and football expertise to the highest levels.

We are looking to have teams in the following age groups:

• U13 Mixed – Born 2012 (Federation)
• U14 Mixed – Born 2011
• U15 Mixed – Born 2010
• U16/17 Mixed – Born 2009-2008

We will be holding an Information Session on Monday 21st October, 2024 at the Rototuna Library:

• 6pm - U13 and U14 Mixed

• 7pm - U15 and U16/U17 Mixed

All parents, whanau, and players are welcome to come along and discuss our plans and approach to Federation football.

Trials and training across 3 weeks will commence for all age groups starting on Wednesday 16^th October 2025 (venue to be confirmed). As the trials cover a three-week period, all players must attend all three sessions to be considered.  The dates for these trials are:

• Wednesday 16^th October
  • 4:30pm - 5:45pm -  U13 Mixed/U14 Mixed
  • 6:00pm - 7:15pm -  U15 Mixed/U16 & U17 Mixed

• Wednesday 23^rd October
  • 4:30pm - 5:45pm -  U13 Mixed/U14 Mixed
  • 6:00pm - 7:15pm -  U15 Mixed/U16 & U17 Mixed

• Wednesday 30^th October
  • 4:30pm - 5:45pm -  U13 Mixed/U14 Mixed
  • 6:00pm - 7:15pm -  U15 Mixed/U16 & U17 Mixed
    

Everyone MUST be registered at least 15 mins before start time – Please do not turn up late.

You must be registered by 12 pm Wednesday to attend. We will not be able to accept any walk ups
